How does it work?
SmarTrack uses GPS-GSM technology. A movement sensor is covertly installed on your vehicle – you won't know where it is and you won't be able to see it.
If your vehicle is stolen you call SmarTrack with your unique customer number and provide the incident or crime number provided by your local police. The SmarTrack Centre will then identify the exact location of your stolen property and liaise with the police and recovery services until your vehicle is recovered.

The Protector+ sensor detects unauthorised movement of your vehicle so if the vehicle is illegally moved, a signal is sent to the SmarTrack control centre that in turn calls the owner and if a theft is confirmed, SmarTrack begins to track the vehicle, utilising its state-of-the-art covert vehicle tracking technology.
SmarTrack is supplied with its own back up battery, so if your vehicle battery is disconnected, SmarTrack will contact you to check whether the vehicle is safe. You will also receive a call if the vehicle battery runs low to ensure you recharge as soon as possible.
SmarTrack Alert24 provides extra protection for high value sports and classic cars, caravans, motorhomes, etc:
Similar to the Protector+ except the Alert24 requires a four digit PIN to be entered into the remote control before starting the engine. If the wrong PIN is entered or the vehicle is stolen whilst the engine is running (i.e. car jacking) a signal is sent to the SmarTrack Centre who immediately call you to check if you and your vehicle are safe.
