"Gavin offered me a range of solutions to my "bike transport problem" and I settled on a removeable swan neck towbar with Westfalia bike rack. The removeable towbar is extremely easy to use and means that the car maintains its looks when the towbar is not required. The Westfalia bike rack is simply brilliant; I opted for the extension so I could accommodate 3 bikes. It is really easy to use and looks fantastic but the clever aspect is in the design and the fact that it folds up to less than half its extended size making storage all the easier.

Just to say how pleased I am with the towbar and the bike rack on my series 5
Tried the bike on it when I got home and found it fairly straightforward
Had a problem with uncoupling the wiring connector when I took it off but one of my sons spotted that I was turning the wrong part of the coupling despite Josh's comprehensive briefing!
Things have changed since I last used caravan wiring with the old style pin arrangement
Main reason for writing is to say how brilliant Josh was yesterday, calm, confident and thorough

He explained everything really well and made sure that I knew what I was doing
It was not his fault that I struggled with the connector later - put it down to a customer's senior moment :-)

"AMJ auto services exceeded my expectations! We took ownership of a new car on a Monday evening and wanted to go to Norfolk 5 hours drive on a camping trip early Friday morning. Everyone was booked up and couldn't get the parts then we rang AMJ who were extremely helpful and polite and said if we got the car to them we could collect Thursday evening and if it was late we could ring Gavin at home and he would pop back in to release the car to us. We got there at 5.30pm after ringing ahead to let Gavin know and he waited for us. Excellent service, fab detachable tow bar, even I can take it off and great service.
